Gmail

  1. Click copy
  2. Open Gmail.
  3. In the top right, click Settings
  4. Paste your signature (Ctrl+V or Command+V) into the "Signature" section.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

Outlook

  1. Click copy
  2. Go to your Outlook and compose a New Email.
  3. Go to Message Tab and click on Signature
  4. Click New and give name to your signature.
  5. Click the '+' icon to add a new signature.
  6. Mac: Paste your signature into the Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V), click on the clipboard that popped-up and select
  7. Keep Source Formatting pasting option and press OK.
  8. Windows: Right click the Edit Signature box and choose Keep Source Formatting pasting option and press OK.

Apple

  1. Click copy
  2. Go to your Outlook and compose a New Email.
  3. In Apple Mail Click on Preferences mac-command (or Choose Mail Preferences Signatures).
  4. Choose Google to add the signature to all accounts OR choose a specific account.
  5. Click the '+' icon to add a new signature and give it a name.
  6. Uncheck the box “Always match my default message font”.
  7. Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V).
